Chapter 226 Find Her No Matter Where She Is
“Ask Director McLean to find her right now.”
“OK”
Without a break, the car drove straight to the Police Department of Jewel City. Director McLean personally welcomed him and gave him real–time information about Evelyn’s ID card.
In the afternoon, the flight to Harbor City was registered under the real name.
Huston looked at his watch and calculated the time. It was already time.
“Where’s the hotel information?”
“I haven’t found out where she is living yet. Miss Shelton is either living with someone else or hasn’t registered yet.”
Hearing this, the only clue he had was cut off. Although the means were very advanced now, inevitably, it was necessary to have registered information to find people. Otherwise, it would be like looking for a needle in Harbor City.
Huston couldn’t suppress the rage in his body any longer. He lit a cigarette and placed it by his lips. His expression was terrifyingly stern, and even Director McLean, who was sitting beside him, didn’t dare to say a word.
Evelyn disappeared for no reason, which made him feel a sense of fear that all his strength had been broken down. He didn’t even know how to find her.
The police officers in the room didn’t dare to make a sound and didn’t dare to irritate the man with a murderous look

“President Lloyd, how about this? We’ll carry out investigation. If there’s any news, we’ll inform you immediately. Please go and wait. It’s useless for us to be here. It’s better to let them work as soon as possible.” Director McLean couldn’t stand the heavy atmosphere in the office and said with a flattering smile.
Huston turned the half–burnt cigarette butt around and pressed it into the ashtray in front of everyone’s eyes. There was a small “sizzling” sound and everyone heaved a sigh of relief.

He got up and turned to walk out of the office with a cold look in his eyes.
Sam instructed Director McLean, “I’ll have to trouble Director McLean to inform us if there’s any news.’
“You’re welcome.”
After leaving the Police Department, Huston drove straight back to Royal Villa. The huge villa fell into darkness. The lights in the room were off, and it seemed to be integrated with the night in the distance.
The man opened the door and walked out. He took a few long steps back to the door, pressed the lock with his fingers, and opened it. What greeted him was darkness.
Evelyn left so suddenly that he was not prepared at all. Now it was even harder for him to enter the room.
After struggling for a while, he finally walked in and turned on the light. The light suddenly filled the whole living room, but the warm figure was gone.
He pursed his thin lips, lowered his head, took off his shoes, and walked to the bedroom on the second floor.
A few pieces of clothes were missing, and her bag was not there. The important identification and suitcase were gone with her. She had planned to leave here.
