After obtaining Mia’s assurance, Maura raised her hand and adjusted the heavy coat on her body. The clothes had been. stored for who knows how long and emitted a musty smell. She gritted her teeth and said, “Fine, I’ll trust you one more time. Anyway, we’re like two grasshoppers tied together now.
