There were only Damien and Vivienne left in the room, Vivienne looked at Damien, her eyes became moist unconsciously.

“Damien.” Vivienne’s voice was a little choked because she found that she was the trouble marker, causing Damien a lot of trouble.

“It’s okay.” Damien smiled lightly and asked, “Have you had dinner yet?” 

“Well, Violet made me something to eat.” Vivienne actually didn’t have much appetite and didn’t eat much. 

“It’s late, so you should go to bed.” Damien said, “Please take a day off and rest at home tomorrow.”

work.

Vivienne was really ready to be Damien’s wife.

Not because she was moved, but because she really fell in love with him.

“I’m just calling to ask how you’ve been doing recently. When will you visit me? The neighbors have sent some souvenirs. You can pick them up when you come back, or I’ll send them to you.” 

“Mom, we’re fine. I’ll get it when I’m free.” Vivienne didn’t want Elena to know what happened, and if the Lopez Family came here, Elena would have to worry about it.

After hanging up the phone, Damien just came out of the shower. Vivienne thought he would come out wrapped in a bath towel, but unexpectedly, he came out fully dressed and gave her no chance to get close at all.

Damien touched his face, “What’s wrong? Something dirty on my face?” 

Vivienne plucked up the courage to ask, “Damien, why, um, why would you rather endure the whole night than touch me.”
