Chapter 349 Enemies in the Darkness

The missing Cowper seemed to have evaporated from the world. The police had checked all the surveillance cameras around his house, but they could not find any trace of him. The only thing they could be sure of was that he should still be in Atlanta.

According to the information he had received, Officer Carter found that most of the victims were no longer alive, and even their families were not wish to have anything to do with Cowper again.

When Charlotte received the news, she frowned.

She didn't expect Cowper to be so powerful. Those family members of the victims would subconsciously be afraid even when they heard his name.

"Frank, you take the lawyer group to find the family members of the victims. As long as they are willing to testify against Cowper, we will provide financial support all the way," Charlotte ordered.

Cowper was crazier than Patrick. They had to arrest him as soon as possible.

When Frank came back, his expression was a little strange.

"What's wrong? Are those family members of the victims unwilling?" Charlotte looked at Frank doubtfully.

Frank immediately shook his head , "A few family members of the victims agreed, but I heard them mention that Smith Group also sent people to contact them these two days."

Unexpectedly, Joe had the same idea as her.

Charlotte nodded and did not reply. Frank quickly sent an email to change the topic. "This is your letter. Please have a look."

"A letter?" Charlotte was confused.

She opened the envelope and saw a letter falling out. There was only a line of printed words on it: Sooner or later, you will die in my hands.

When Frank saw the contents of the letter, "I'm sorry, Miss Clinton. It was my fault."

All the emails that were sent to the company would be checked, but generally, it was to check if there was anything that should not be contained. It would not involve any content.
