Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 1081

Moss looked as cool as a cucumber, while Beck stood there with his arms crossed, giving off a smug vibe.

"Thinking you can just run off? Keep dreaming," he sneered, leaving Aisha's face flickering between embarrassment and anger.

She knew these guys—they were Flora's entourage.

Why were they suddenly blocking her path?

Could it be...

Was Flora behind this?

The more Aisha pondered, the more her nerves frayed. Instinctively, she glanced over at Flora.

Flora, catching her eye, lifted her gaze lazily and shot her a nonchalant look. The lights were harsh, but Aisha could clearly see Flora's lips curl into a mocking smirk. She mouthed two silent words.

—Moron.

Then Flora turned away, resting her head back on Connor's shoulder. Connor handed her a big cup with a straw—Flora wasn't big on water, so he made sure she got her daily dose.

The two of them were all lovey-dovey, oblivious to the world, while Aisha was practically seething, her whole body shaking with rage, nearly fainting from the sheer intensity of it all.

This was crossing a line!

Flora was doing this on purpose!

Aisha finally got it—Flora and Henrik had known her intentions all along but let her walk right into their trap!

She'd been played!

How could they be so heartless!

Aisha knew she had to get out of there fast, but Moss and Beck, two towering figures, were blocking her escape. Her anxiety was through the roof, but she couldn't make a move. If she did, Beck would probably kick her without a second thought.

And kicking? Beck excelled at that.

Meanwhile, a video had started playing on the big screen.

"Relax, once it's done, I'll pay you handsomely so you can vanish. Just follow my instructions to ruin Cecelia's reputation, and you'll get what I promised. I won't skimp on it."
