Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 1168

A series of explosions echoed across the medical research facility, turning the place into a blazing inferno! It wasn't just the hill at the back this time—the entire facility was rocked by explosions! Flames raced from the hillside straight to the core of the facility.

**Attention all students! Attention all students! Please head to the lab center immediately!**

**Stay calm! Don't panic! Make your way to the lab center right away!**

Alarms blared throughout the facility as students screamed, rushing towards the lab center. It was the safest spot, equipped with top-notch explosion-proof structures, every brick and tile crafted from special materials.

Connor, pushing against the tide of fleeing students, sprinted towards the hillside. He was so fast that Moss and Beck struggled to keep up.

"Hurry up!"

Moss grabbed Beck's arm, racing forward, silently praying that Ms. Flora was okay.

At the hillside, the sky was a blaze of fire, smoke swirling like a dark veil. The flames roared, resembling fiery dragons in a wild dance. The air carried a strange, indescribable scent, with black smoke curling up through the flames.

Connor arrived, his face paling as he checked his watch. The red dot still blinked on and off. Without a pause, he dove into the sea of flames, resolute and fearless, disappearing into the fiery chaos.

"Boss!" Moss and Beck shouted, their eyes wide with fear.

"Damn it! We have to follow him!" Beck gritted his teeth and charged after Connor, with Moss hot on his heels. They were ready to face whatever came, even if it meant risking their lives. Fear wasn't in their vocabulary.

Over on Lone Island, at the Reyes residence, Karter was reviewing the team's progress when the butler came rushing in, out of breath.

"Sir, something terrible has happened!"
