The young woman from the ordinary world sure knows how to hold a grudge, doesn't she? Ms. Flora has already apologized, yet she’s still not letting it go."
"Exactly! It wasn’t even that big of a deal, but she’s making such a fuss about it. Being so petty really doesn’t bode well for her future."
The onlookers shook their heads in disapproval, muttering among themselves.
"Flora, my sister has already apologized. What more do you want? Don’t be so unreasonable!"
Teddy was practically grinding his teeth in frustration.
If it weren’t for Jonathan and Corbyn standing there,
He would’ve slapped Flora by now!
"Unreasonable?" Flora's lips curved into a provocative smile as she lifted her chin towards him. "Then I guess I’m unreasonable. What are you going to do about it?"
Teddy was so mad, he felt like steam was about to shoot out of his ears!
Flora turned to Corbyn and gave a slight nod: "Corbyn, Sydney is your responsibility. It's not my place to say how you should handle this. The Medical Hall has its own rules."
Corbyn nearly chuckled at her formal tone.
This girl was still giving him the courtesy of deciding how to handle Sydney.
But she seemed hard to please. If he went too easy on her, would she hold it against him?
She might seem easygoing, but she appeared to hold grudges quite well.
Though Corbyn wasn’t particularly fond of Sydney, he did see potential in her. Among the younger crowd, Sydney’s talent was indeed commendable.
It was time to refine her character a bit.
"Today, you broke the rules of the Medical Hall. Since you’ve chosen to kneel, then kneel you shall, until tomorrow morning," Corbyn stated coldly.
