Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 1376

Louise felt her heart clench, her face flushed with embarrassment. She had never felt so mortified in all her life. Fiona... She'd remember that name.

"Nash, honestly, I think Louise has a point. We might not be much help if we go," one of the guys couldn't help but say.

"What's that supposed to mean? You scared?" Robert shot him a cold look.

"No, it's just that we're all students, and we probably won't do any good," the guy quickly defended himself. "We should find someone more capable."

He snuck a glance at Nash. "Nash, isn't your uncle really impressive? He's always been nice to us. He even picked up Flora from dinner yesterday. He'd probably be willing to help out."

If Jackson got involved, the school authorities would practically roll out the red carpet for him. A few words from him, and the whole mess would be sorted.

"So you're saying I'm not as good as my uncle?" Nash glared at him.

The guy instinctively nodded but then realized he'd just earned himself a death stare, so he sheepishly touched his nose and stayed quiet.

"Okay, fine, I admit I'm not as capable as him right now."

Nash sighed, feeling a bit deflated. He knew he could never match his uncle's track record. Still, getting his uncle involved was a solid idea. Plus, he was curious about his uncle's feelings towards Fiona.

With that thought, Nash set aside his reluctance, pulled out his phone, and instead of calling Jackson, decided to shoot him a text.
