"Alright, no need to explain," Fiona cut her off.

Fiona was done with all the talking. Once the half-hour was up, she started to gently pull out the long, slender acupuncture needles from Allen’s body, like they were delicate embroidery tools.

Christina watched with wide eyes, swallowing nervously. She rushed over, grabbing Fiona’s wrist with a tight grip, demanding, "What have you done to him?"

Could Allen really survive having such a long needle inside him? It was a terrifying thought!

With those words, the director's face turned stern as she fixed Christina with a cold glare.

Christina was visibly shaken, standing there silently for a long moment.
