Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 1566

Meanwhile, the actress stormed out of the restaurant, fuming when she realized Fiona and her friends had vanished into thin air.

"Where did the people from that private room go?" she barked at the waiter, her eyes practically sparking with fury. "Didn't I just tell you to keep an eye on them? How could you let them slip away without a clue?"

"I'm really sorry," the waiter apologized, looking a bit flustered. "The restaurant got busy, and they must have left during the chaos. But this town isn’t exactly sprawling; they probably haven’t gone far."

Still seething, the actress stomped her foot in frustration and gave the waiter a sharp slap before marching out.

As soon as she stepped outside, she and her friends spotted Fiona and her group not too far off. They were hanging around outside a small deli, with Fiona chatting and laughing with Jackson.

"Look over there!" one of the girls pointed out, a hint of disdain in her voice. "Fiona is so shameless, clinging to Jackson like that."

Hearing this, the actress followed her friend's gaze, her eyes narrowing with irritation.

Who would have thought Fiona, just a high school kid, would have the nerve to openly flirt with Jackson? Absolutely brazen!

It was maddening!

That Fiona had the audacity to flaunt herself so brazenly in front of her was infuriating. No wonder Christina, who was so arrogant and overbearing, had been knocked off her high horse.

"Honestly, I don't think Fiona is all that," one of the girls commented.
