Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 351

Eilies was speechless. Just the other night, she had been venting to her about Jason. She turned her head away, not even bothering to engage.

After the instructor's performance, with multicolored fireworks lighting up the sky, the final assessment officially began. The first event was the shooting test. First up were the men, followed by the women.

Although many students had never even touched a gun before, after about two weeks of training, they were hitting scores around 70%. Being the brightest students from top universities, there was nothing they couldn't achieve if they set their minds to it. The instructors were nodding frequently, clearly impressed with the progress made in such a short time. They were very satisfied.

The men's team wrapped up quickly, with most performing excellently. For those who were just average, the instructors were lenient, giving them above-average scores to ensure their overall marks were good.

When it was the women's turn, Squad A from the third battalion was up third. The first two teams completed their performances, and then it was their turn. Jason shouted, "At ease! Attention! Right turn, march—"

The women of Squad A followed him with vigor and determination. Ten of them stood in a row for the simultaneous assessment. Jillian was third from the left in the front row. Her hand holding the gun was tense.

At the sound of the whistle, Jillian fired three shots quickly and steadily! Her scores were 88, 90, and 91 out of 100! Jillian usually could only score around 89, so she had outdone herself today!

"That young lady is quite talented, and she has a steady mindset. Scoring 91 at such a young age is really impressive," remarked one of the military base leaders from the high platform. They glanced at the score sheet and made a note next to Jillian's name.

"Wow, sis, you're amazing! Scoring 91! That must be national team level, right?"

"I'm so envious. Why are there people who look good and are good at everything!"
