Sadie was in a bad mood, staying in the villa all day and not going out, driving the app to learn English again and again.

Julian was very busy. He kept answering the phone, and his voice could be heard through the wall.

After dinner, she was so bored that she took her phone to check the micro blog and saw the first of the popular forwarding, saying that there was a meteor shower, so she couldn't help but look forward to it.

Sadie clasped her hands together nervously, staring at the vast sky.

Suddenly, a meteorite streaked across the sky, followed by a second and a third.

She was so excited that she closed her eyes and made a wish, "Shooting star, please bless me to find out my origin as soon as possible."

After that, Sadie opened her eyes and looked at the meteors constantly passing through the galaxy of the sky in amazement, and her depression was cleared away.

After a while, she heard footsteps approaching behind her and turned her head subconsciously.

Wearing a nightgown, Julian stood under the light with ramrod posture and a faint smile hovered on his lips, "Is the sound of the waves too noisy?"

"No." Sadie smiled and ran towards him quickly, leaping into his arms happily. “"I saw a shooting star, Julian. I just saw a shooting star!"

Julian hugged her soft body tightly and tilted his head slightly to look at the sky. "Have you made a wish?"

Sadie nodded, and her eyes lit up,” Yes."

Seeing her unsuspecting and charming appearance at first glance, Julian rubbed her head fondly, feeling soft.

It was only 9 o'clock in the morning when they returned to City B. Sadie kept yawning with dark shadows under her eyes.

Last night they watched the shooting stars until midnight, and they didn't sleep long before Julian received a call from Khalid and hurriedly brought her back.

Julian sent her to the break room, and then went to the meeting immediately with a solemn expression.

Sadie woke up and found that Khalid and Julian were not there. An unfamiliar assistant was waiting outside and told her that Julian was on a business trip and would be back a week later.
