Forgotten Legend of the Bloodied Flower novel Chapter 2599

He had finished his arrangement?

Nan Hua blinked her eyes.

She had the feeling that Great General Wei should have prepared for Wei Mu Qing's marriage from a long time.

This should be because it was impossible for Great General Wei to make such arrangement so suddenly when he was so far away and busy with war. Or it might be because Wei Mu Qing herself was capable of making the preparation for her marriage.

After all, it did not look like Great General Wei was the type of person who would manage such thing.

But either way, it was a good thing.

"Luo will be happy," Nan Hua replied.

Old Master Nan snorted. "That brat has only been thinking about that girl ever since he came here. He's really hopeless."

Despite saying that, there was a smile on the corner of Old Master Nan's face. It was clear that Old Master Nan was actually happy. For his grandson to have his happiness, how could he not be happy?

Though, Old Master Nan had no intention to say this directly to Nan Luo.

That brat has been floating too much!

"Grandpa, do you have anything you want to talk with me?" Nan Hua asked.

Old Master Nan purposely sent Nan Luo to Wei Mu Bai after kicking Long Qian Xing out. She thought that he should have his reasons.

"I want to play with my granddaughter. Also, check this list if there's anything that I have forgotten," Old Master Nan said and handed over the bamboo scroll to Nan Hua.

Nan Hua opened it and checked the things inside. She blinked her eyes and looked at her grandfather.

"Grandpa…"

"I'm old and having too much thing is useless." Old Master Nan waved his hand. "It's not like I can bring these things when I leave this world."

Even though Old Master Nan didn't know when he would leave this world, he knew that he should be leaving faster than his grandchildren. After all, if one were to follow the process of natural deaths, it was only normal for someone older to die earlier.

And Old Master Nan still have a lot of properties after dividing these things for his grandchildren.

It would be more than enough to support him for the next twenty to thirty years.

So Old Master Nan handed over the rest to the two children.

They each have their own portion.

"I know," Nan Hua replied in a low voice and then looked over at the list. After a while, she handed the list back. "It's all there, Grandpa. But the decoration in this residence is not done yet."

Old Master Nan rolled his eyes. "It has already started and the servants are busy. I'm old and can't do those heavy works."

"Yes."

"Also, did anything happen." Old Master Nan's eyes moved towards Nan Hua's stomach. It has been four to five months and there was already a small bump on Nan Hua's stomach, showing her pregnancy.

Before long, it would become bigger and might hinder her movements.

Nan Hua blinked her eyes.

Why does this sentence sound oddly familiar?

Did someone else say it to her in the past?

"Don't be so childish." Long Qian Xing was behind Nan Luo and he rolled his eyes when he saw Nan Luo's performance. "You keep on running away in the spar."

"That's because I'm not your opponent!" Nan Luo complained.

From this spar alone, Long Qian Xing could see that Nan Luo had improved. But it was far from enough to beat him.

So the end result was that both Nan Luo and Wei Mu Bai suffered in his hand.

"Be good. You might not be able to have spar again in the near future," Nan Hua said as she patted Nan Luo's head.

When Nan Luo heard that, he understood that Nan Hua would not pay him a visit a lot in the future. He nodded solemnly and said, "I know."

Nan Hua nodded and looked at Nan Luo in front of her thoughtfully. "One more thing, Luo."

"Yes?"

"You're going to be an uncle."

"I'm going… what?" Nan Luo was stunned before he understood what Nan Hua was saying and moved his eyes to her stomach for a moment before moving his gaze away because it was impolite. "But Hua'er, didn't I tell you not to get pregnant before I get married?"
