Alex began scrambling, rushing around the lab and randomly throwing things into what must have been an enormous spatial device. He moved like the wind, his stats making Jala’s eyes water. Just what sort of place was this “Earth” and how had it produced two such powerful F-Grades?

From what Jala could see, this Alex probably could have defeated Zoryx and Thalrik by himself as well. In fact, Israeal was probably on that list too, and he was an outer-galaxy genius of a powerful Clan. Just what was going on here?

“Just tell me, fuck!” Jala was starting to grow frustrated with the state of his body and everything else from today, so he couldn’t help but snap.

“Bottle it up, naked boy. And put some damn clothes on before you start yelling like that. It’s hard to take you seriously like this.”

Alex laughed. “It’s simple, you idiot. The Professors know of this contingency plan. Didn’t I tell you at the beginning that this was a Legacy Lab? That was because in the past, they managed to find it. It’s just that because of your great-grandfather, many of the details of this operation and what they managed to find and hold were obscured to them and hidden.”

“But didn’t you say the methods of this Race were practically impenetrable? Now you’re saying that not only did a nine-year-old crack them, but Legacy managed to find their most important holding?”
