Amelia's heart skipped a beat when she heard that, "Mom, take it easy. What happened?"

"I don't know." Giselle said in a choked voice, "The police came to find him, and I didn't know where he was. They asked something and then left. I was more anxious because they didn't say anything."

After hanging up the phone, Amelia was very worried.

Could it be that her elder brother had robbed somebody because he was in debt up to his ears? He obviously needed money so much, but the night before yesterday, he said that he was very rich and he was going to leave. What was going on?

Seeing that her face was pale, Eden asked, "Amelia, did something bad happen?"

Amelia nodded with a pale face, and her eyes were full of worry.

"Director Bleu, what should I do? My elder brother seems to have done something illegal. The police have come to my house. The night before yesterday, he suddenly came back with excitement, packed up his things and left. He didn't come back last night. He gave my mother ten thousand dollars and asked her to buy clothes, and then he disappeared."

Eden smiled and said, "You don't care about her. How could you know she has a brother? Amelia's brother seems to be a gambler. She said that he came back the night before yesterday and left after giving his mother ten thousand dollars."
