Go Away, I'm a Billionairess Now (Samara and Chaim) novel Chapter 76

Chapter 76 Just 150 Million Dollars

After all, Kadin was the president of a group, and his schedule was full all day long. It was not easy for his secretary to help him spare a day to come to Chicago for his precious daughter. Kadin did not expect that such a thing would happen.

If Kadin hadn’t had an important dinner tomorrow and had to go back to Chicago tonight, he would have waited for Jimena to find out who was the rumormonger and taken Samara to him to settle accounts.

But Kadin not only had an important dinner party tomorrow but also a meeting. Kadin had to go back after dinner.

Samara had a business dinner tonight, and she could not drive Kadin to the airport.

Before Kadin left, he ordered Jimena to tell him immediately after finding out the rumormonger.

Samara promised again and again before Kadin got into his van that had been waiting at the entrance of the hotel.

Walking Kadin into the van, Samara got into Jimena’s car and was ready to go to the business dinner tonight.

In early March, there was still a nip in the air in Chicago, and the night breeze was chilly.

Samara was wearing a dark brown strapless dress and a brown fur coat. The car stopped at the entrance of the hotel. She took off her coat and walked in in her black high heels.

It was a business dinner, so the guests were all businessmen.

Samara was not surprised to meet Chaim.

The encounter at noon was enough to show Chaim’s view of the so–called affair. Meeting him again after around seven hours, Samara didn’t feel so uncomfortable from the irony in his eyes.

Perhaps she had been disappointed, so she didn’t feel that way anymore.

She only glanced at him indifferently and siniled gently. Then, she walked into the party holding a glass of red wine.

Her dress was not the grandest, most exaggerated, and most eye–catching. It was simple and elegant, and it was difficult for people to look away from it.

Moreover, Samara inherited the merits of his parents‘ facial features. The dark brown low–cut dress accentuated her curves. The skirt reached under her knees, and her smooth fair ankles were exposed. She wore a fancy ankle bracelet. Under the light, its broken diamonds were dazzling.

Chaim stood far from her in the crowd. He looked at Samara who was talking and laughing with a group of foxy people. Her smile made him inexplicably annoyed.

Good for Samara. She had played the role of a goad wife for three years. Now, after only half a year of divorce, she

couldn’t wait to reveal her true nature.

over and said, “Ms. Novak, you are beautiful today.”

Samara smiled and replied perfunctorily, “Thank you, Mr. Pineda. My friend is over there. I will go over.”
