Chapter 90 Roland Likes You
After Gloria finished apologizing on her Line and Instagram, she publicly made an apology on other social media and even tagged the official account of the Elephant Group on Twitter.
Almost everyone knew about Samara being the daughter of the Novak family overnight.
After Rogelio learned that Samara was the daughter of the chairman of the Elephant Group, he did not sleep well the entire night.
The next day happened to be the weekend. Samara and Gisselle sent Kadin and Mary to the airport together.
On the way back, Rogelio called Samara.
Seeing the call, Samara directly refused to answer it.
Gisselle, who was at the side, thought that it was Chaim and tsked. “What, now that the Humphrey family knows that you are the daughter of the richest man, they want to coax you back?”
At the red light ahead, Samara slowly stopped the car. She tilted her head and looked at Gisselle indifferently. “It’s Rogelio.”
“Oh, that old bastard.”
Gisselle snorted, “He made so many traps for you before. Now that he knows who your father is, he can’t have slept last night.”
Samara shrugged. “What does it have to do with me?”
“Thalia said that she would treat us to lunch this afternoon.”
Samara smiled. “Sure.”
It was rare for Thalia to be so generous. Last time, they worked so hard to get her guests, but she just gave them a membership card.
When the two of them arrived at the location Thalia sent, it was already past eleven o’clock. Samara just got out of the car and saw the group of people from a distance.
Gisselle, who had just replied to the message, followed Samara’s gaze and looked over. When she saw Chaim, she quickly looked at Samara and asked as if she was watching a show, “Mr. Humphrey is there. Do you want to say hi?”
Samara tilted her head and glanced at her. “Why?”
After Samara finished speaking, she turned around and walked into the restaurant without waiting for Chaim to come
over.
Victor, who had just seen them and was about to go up and greet them, was stunned when he saw Samara turn around and walk in. “Why does she ignore us?”
When Victor saw this, he deliberately asked, “Chaim, she says she will have nothing to do with you. She really does what she says.”
Chaim looked at the figure that disappeared into the distance. His eyes darkened. “If you don’t speak, no one will think
that you are mute.”
“Victor?”
