Debra glanced at the stun baton in her hand, her voice calm but biting. "What makes you think that way?"

She began walking toward Edgar, her every step steady and deliberate.

"Dignity?" Edgar sneered. "When you're cornered, dignity is nothing but a joke. It's all because of you. You set me up and left me drowning in debt. You used your company to push me and colluded with Chace to help Oscar take over my family. I won't let you get away with it."

Debra scoffed, "Only a true bastard would resort to kidnapping women. You're living proof of that."
