Goodbye, My Alpha.
chapter261
1/3
Seeing Taya let out a long sigh, Harper didn’t feel aggrieved but comforted her with a smile. “Don’t worry. It’s just a little money. I’ll make it back at work.”
How could Taya not be worried about her? Taya knew how much money Harper had earned over the years.
Although she had become the manager recently and didn’t have to work bottle service anymore, she still had to stay up
late to earn money.
Taya was afraid that Harper wouldn’t be able to take it, but Harper didn’t care about it at all.
“What you should be most concerned about now is the relationship between you, Jackson, and Griffon, not me.”
“I’ve broken up with both of them. Now, you’re the only one left by my side. I only care about you.”
“Don’t worry. I’m able to work, and I’m a strong wolf. If anything happens in the future, I can deal with it.”
Harper was not afraid of abandonment, and she still trusted Damian now, so she was unwilling to dig too deep.

If one day she found out that Damian had let her down or had other intentions, she wouldn’t hesitate to leave him.
Harper might be soft–hearted, but she was tough. Once she was in a predicament, she was much more decisive than Taya.
Harper chatted with Taya for a while and then went to cook for her. After dinner, she was in a hurry to go to work.
Once Harper left, Taya’s gentle expression gradually faded away, and she didn’t force herself to try to appear to be better
than she was.
