Alexander’s words left Isabella somewhat bewildered. She wanted to inquire further, but Alexander merely said, “I’m just speculating. After all, this choice isn’t entirely without benefits. Let’s see what the others choose.”

Isabella looked at them curiously as Christopher explained, “It’s Maverick. He keeps calling her with different numbers.”

Isabella exclaimed in surprise, “He’s still calling you? What does he want from you? Is he begging you to go back to him?”
