Chapter 435 Catch Them In The Act 

“Was it really just an act?” asked Carlos.

“I saw it, and Aunt Joanna tripped on purpose.” Christopher pretended as though he knew the truth. 

“How scary,” Jake commented, 

“Thankfully, she didn’t get her way,” said Eula. 

“Like Isabella said, she probably has a backup plan,” Rosalie stated. 

Everyone turned their gazes to Isabella. Leaning against Alexander, Isabella assured with a chuckle, “No worries. Anyway, I’ve already pointed their plan out, so everyone is forewarned. If they were to still resort to the same tactic, it would be useless. I bet they’re funing in their room right now. 

As she spoke, she looked up their current predicament for the sake of a good laugh. 

But no sooner had she done so than the coffee cup in her hand almost fell to the ground. Just as it slipped from her fingers, Alexander caught it deftly. 

He turned to look at her, only to see her wearing a cold and dark expression.
