Healing my disabled husband novel Chapter 1008

Chapter 1008 Old Couple

Patrick and Aimee both thought of one person at the same time: Vincent. It had been a long time since he had appeared, and back then, he caused so much trouble trying to get Aimee to help him before suddenly disappearing.

After that, Aimee didn't think about investigating what happened. She didn't care. Vincent's appearance or disappearance didn't affect her in any way.

She never felt like she had a family before, even though she knew the Reads weren't her real family. But Aimee never thought about finding her real family either.

For her, the most important thing was still her present life with Patrick and the Haydens.

Holding onto Patrick's waist, she said casually, "I just said Ridge is our child so naturally he looks like us."

Patrick hugged Aimee tightly but felt uneasy inside because no matter how good he was to her now, it couldn't change the fact that all those times before they were together were spent alone by herself.

Even though she did well on her own during those times when Patrick wasn't there for support, but for him, it only made him feel more heartbroken seeing how strong and independent she became after going through everything alone.

"Let's go home," Patrick said finally.

Aimee nodded but as she pulled away from his embrace, and leaned up on tiptoes to give him a quick kiss on his lips, which caught him off guard, causing him to freeze momentarily before kissing back passionately.

Aimee couldn't help feeling like maybe she lost some of her agility as they kissed, because in the past, she could predict his movements easily, but now it seemed harder than ever.

Patrick kissed fiercely. These past few days without seeing each other made them both crave each other's touch even more.

But despite their desire, Patrick remembered their agreement not to do anything intimate while at hospital. So reluctantly, he let go of Aimee after their passionate kiss.

"Let's go home," Patrick repeated firmly, his tone becoming slightly harsher than usual.
