Being on the receiving end of everyone’s blame, that was what it felt like right now. 

But Agnes knew, she couldn’t show weakness now, or people would think she was guilty. 

If someone was trying to frame her, then this was a battle.

Jared nonchalantly said, “I am the buyer of the necklace. It’s a Christmas gift for my wife. I put the ruby in her bag to surprise her, but it seems to have caused a misunderstanding”
