Heartstrings on Fire (Agnes and Jared) novel Chapter 640

When Agnes drove back, Jared was standing on the balcony on the second floor.

Then, he saw the two people in the car. The driver was a handsome man. Jared's fingers involuntarily clenched. Agnes hadn't been back for long, and this was already the third man he had seen. He still hadn't figured out who that man with the extraordinary aura, Bro Kear, was from the airport. Now, Agnes was Ryder's fiancee.

He had chosen to ignore these, but what was going on now? She actually brought a young man home openly. How many men had this woman been involved with over the years? The more he thought about it, the angrier he got, and he couldn't stop shaking.

When Agnes brought the man into the house, she saw Jared and was a bit surprised. Why hasn't he left yet?

Naylor looked at the man across him, his face full of confusion, "Agnes, who is he?"

Agnes looked at Jared and said calmly, "My ex-husband."

Naylor just responded indifferently, seemingly not very interested. He asked, "Where's the car?"

Agnes pointed to an elevator, "Take the elevator to the underground garage."

Naylor quickly entered the elevator and went to the underground garage. He didn't care about Jared at all.

Jared was standing not far away, but he didn't hear clearly what they were saying. But he vaguely heard her saying "ex-husband". Agnes was really eager to distinguish herself from him. However, she seemed very open to other men, which made Jared feel even more angry.

Agnes walked straight towards Jared, "Are you waiting for me to ask you to leave?"

Jared responded coldly, "Your skills at seducing men have really improved. You even bring them home now."

When Agnes heard his words, she felt furious, "A clean heart sees clean things, a sinful heart sees sin."

It's been years since they last met, and this woman has become more eloquent.

"Agnes, don't tell me that you brought a man back this late at night just to talk about mundane life or your dreams."
