Agnes retorted, "Since I’m resigning on this task, please handle the rest, Director Yolanda." After saying this, she gathered all the scattered files from the floor, then she walked out of Yolanda's office.

Yolanda was livid. Agnes had the audacity to show her attitude, as if she was some big shot.

“Did Agnes really think the station couldn't survive without her? Well, if she didn't value this opportunity, she had no one but herself to blame.” Yolanda furiously thought.

Yolanda dialed the number for the secretary department of the Tim Group.

The call was picked up by Leo.

"Hey Leo, remember me?" Yolanda greeted him cordially.

Having managed to stay by Jared's side for years, Leo naturally had a knack for recognizing voices.

"Yolanda, isn't it?" Leo replied, "I heard you're now the director of the News Department. That's quite impressive. What can I do for you?"

Yolanda came straight to the point, "The thing is, Mr. Whitfield specifically picked Agnes from our department to write the script for the Tim Group's promo video. But Agnes decided to step down from the task, saying she doesn't have the ability to handle it. I need to discuss this with Mr. Whitfield. Does he have any plans tonight? I'd like to invite him to dinner and talk about this matter."
