Knox was always finding himself in trouble and somehow manages to bring other people into it. Unfortunately for Kai being his twin made him the usual victim. But I also didn't doubt that Kaden - the future Alpha of the Black Moon Pack was also going to get an earful from our mother.
Once in the kitchen I almost wished that I never entered as before I was even able to take one step into the room, I was forced to duck from the flying food that flew my way which luckily missed me but unfortunately not for my mom's new and expensive painting.
I growled at my brothers who were laughing in hysterics. "Your face!" Knox said gasping as he tries to get his breath back from laughing so hard. At the age of thirteen he was the devil including Kaden who just turned fourteen.
Looking around the room I mentally laughed at how my mother would react the moment she walked into the kitchen. There was food all up the walls and what looked like cake mix was dripping down from the ceiling. All the boys were covered from head to toe in food making it pretty obvious that they were having a food fight.
"Oh you're in so much trouble." I smirked at all three of them as I heard my mother's voice echo through the house. There was no way I was missing this.
But out of nowhere I felt a splash of food smack me straight on my sweater. I narrowed my eyes at Knox who was smirking at me.
"Oh you little shi-"
Before I could finish my sentence my mom's screeching rang through my ears. "What on earth has been going on in here? What have you done to my kitchen? Look at all this mess!" She was extremely mad and was making frantic movements with her hands.
"I didn't do it." I said immediately putting my hands up in surrender. There was no way I was getting into trouble for this. They're always getting me into trouble and I most certainly wasn't having it today.
I was in no mood to get in trouble for something I had no part in.
"Sure you weren't Kennedy, you're covered in cake mix and you're trying to tell me that you weren't involved? You're old enough to know that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable yet you think it's okay to teach your siblings this behaviour!" My mom Lara shouts as she began quickly wiping the sides down trying to clean the counter.
I stared open mouthed at my brothers. I was honestly fed up of her thinking that I was teaching them this 'behaviour'. Yes I admit that I did teach them a few things but that was years ago! They're not as innocent as they look and I can't stand the fact that she believes that they do nothing wrong and are incapable of getting themselves into situations like this without my help.
"I only just walked in! They did this all by themselves!" I shout back.
"Just go to your room Kennedy! I'm not listening to any more excuses! And that includes all of you. Go to your rooms now!" I growled at her tone and simply made my way to the garden. I needed to take a long run; both my wolf and I needed it.
