Her Brutal Alpha novel Chapter 48

Clearly Blaine didn't get the message.

I approached coming closer, wanting to be able to see more. I noticed the large amount of blood and other horrific images of dismembered body parts lying on the floor, unmoved from each fight.

I wanted to throw up, the amount of blood shed showed me how truly cold hearted and merciless Blaine was.

The stories I had heard before I met him were clearly true and it horrified me.

I watched anxiously as Blaine and Bryson fought in wolf form. Their bodies meshed into each other's as they bundled into each other.

They were growling, as they began to circle each other. Both snarling as they threatened one another neither one of them willing to give up.

Tilly stood next to me clinging to my hand, she was terrified and she was screaming at her mate to submit. With Blaine being an Alpha, Bryson needed to submit to his wolf otherwise he saw it as a challenge, and Blaine wouldn't allow him to live if he didn't.

They both continued to attack each other, both taking huge chucks out of each other's flesh, not caring about leaving any permanent scarring.

I felt almost frozen as I watched in horror at my mate, I knew he wasn't the most reasonable wolf but I didn't realise he was like this.

Bryson's head turned in the directions of Tilly and I. He must have heard his mate begging him to submit which left him at a disadvantage as Blaine launched his body onto his forcing Bryson to the floor.

Bryson fell backwards on his back while Blaine caged his wolf with him towering above. He stood stiff legged and tall, his ears erect and forward as he stared penetratingly at Bryson.

"Please Bry," Tilly sobbed as she stared at her mate, not wanting him to get hurt anymore.

Bryson looked to her for a while before lowering his ears and lips before exposing the vulnerability of his throat and underside. He whimpered and tucked his paws in, identifying his submission to his Alpha.

Blaine kept his ears pulled back and narrowed his eyes on Bryson for a few moments, his suspicion clear.

He pulled away but was quick to turn facing Tilly and I. He was slightly taken back at our presence since he was so focused on the fight he hasn't noticed that we were here and not inside the cell he dragged us to.

He lowly growled, annoyance on his face as he turned and trotted over to a tree to change.

He looked furious as he stormed towards us but he said nothing and grabbed my hand, pulling me in the direction of our home.
