“So… what news are you planning to release, Mr. Thompson?” the manager asked cautiously.

“Hmm…” After a moment of contemplation, Ethan said, “I want the headline of the news to be sensational, something that can really draw people in.”

“Huh?” The manager was somewhat unclear about his meaning.

“For instance, ‘A gathering of socialites, is this a grand opening party or Mr. Carter’s matrimonial selection event?‘ or perhaps ‘A gathering of socialites, who possesses the best temperament?” Ethan casually gave two examples. “In any case, the headlines should be along those lines.”

Upon hearing such a headline, the manager was completely unsettled.

Isn’t this headline just a blatant attempt to defame and tarnish the reputation of Mr. Carter?

“Don’t worry about all the details. Just release the news,” said Ethan, patting his shoulder reassuringly. “This matter has nothing to do with you. The company won’t fire you.”
