“I don’t think so!” Mia spoke. She silently cursed at her seniors for being idiots. How could they fantasize about getting Luna to rejoin the team after they had forced her into a corner?

Although she had a feeling that Luna would never return, she dared not take the risk by letting Wyatt talk to Luna. After all, this was the school Bunk, Wyatt Dalton, they were talking about the object of desire of the women in medical school!

What if Luna softened and agreed to rejoin the team after Wyatt talked her into it? Mia could never allow that.

She tugged at Wyatt’s sleeve. “Wyatt, have you guys thought it over? Luna’s situation is all over the school forum. You’ll embarrass Professor Hanley if you talk her into rejoining the team!

“If she agrees to return, Professor Hanley’s assessment will turn into a joke. He’ll be accused of abusing his power over personal grudges!”

Trevor glanced at Mia before nodding. “We can’t have Luna back. In my opinion, let’s grant her wish since she insists on changing her major

“But Trevor, Luna’s been with us for years. Do you have the heart to watch her ruin her life?” Russell remained dismayed. “You’ve seen what people wrote about her. I’m sure she’s realized her mistakes after she’s been attacked online. Her life will be over if she doesn’t graduate on time and land a job.

“Do you want her to ruin her future? Do you even have empathy?”

“That’s enough!” Wyatt yelled at Russell, cutting him off. “Now that things have played out like this, we can’t embarrass Professor Hanley. Luna needs to pay the price for making the wrong choice.

“If you’re truly worried for her, you should talk to her in private. Tell her to come to us for help if she runs into any trouble in the future. I’m willing to help her to the best of my ability.”

Trevor nodded. “That’s right. Me too.”

The others nodded in agreement as well.

Their decision to support Luna angered Mia. She had seen this coming–Luna’s strategy to step back had worked.

With the help and support of the five seniors, Luna would still do well even if she graduated with a niche major.

Luna did not deserve it at all!

Mia would not let her seniors help Luna. She wanted their support all for herself. Their

That afternoon, Luna went out for food after she sent her proposal to the group chat.

However, right after she left her dorm, she ran into Russell and Ethan. They approached her with snacks in their hands.

“Luna, I was a little harsh this afternoon. I’m sorry,” Russell said, as if having reflected on his actions.

Luna warily took a step back. Judging by Russell’s sudden courteousness, she knew from past experiences that he must want something from her.

Then, Ethan smiled and handed her the snacks. Wyatt and Mia picked these snacks for you. He said you’re still our junior even though you’ve left the team.
