Her Final Experiment Their Regret novel Chapter 37

Trevor, you seem pretty wealthy. I guess it’s time to repay the money you owe me, don’t you think?Luna commented with a dark expression, her smile thin and ironic as she looked at

Trevor.

He wasn’t from a wealthy family, but he was a complete scumbag. In her previous life, she hadn’t seen through his true nature, deceived by his studious and hardworking appearance.

She had always thought of him as a reliable, honest scholar dedicated to his research. She never questioned him when he constantly borrowed money from her, claiming it was for buying research materials or data.

She had lent him nearly all of her scholarship and prize money. If she hadn’t done so, she would have more than 20,000 dollars in her bank account.

In her previous life, when she ran into trouble and needed money, she went to Trevor for help, but he had thrown her out. Not only did he deny ever borrowing from her, but he had mocked her in front of a room full of people.

Through the open door, Luna saw who was in Trevor’s room. On the table were bottles of expensive liquor, each worth thousands of dollars, and on the couch were dozens of scantily

clad women.

The room reeked of smoke and alcohol, and he was already drunk, his arm draped over a woman with a bare midriff. There was no trace of the scholarly elegance he was supposed to have.

That was when Luna realized he had been frequenting bars and clubs and surrounded by various women while still at school. When he didn’t have money, he would borrow from her.

She had almost become his cash cow, and he never once thought about repaying her.

Trevor’s back stiffened when he saw Luna. He didn’t expect to run into her here. Don’t cause trouble, Luna. Can’t you see I’m shopping with my girlfriend? We’ll talk about it back at school.

If you pay me back, I’ll leave immediately and won’t bother you two shopping! She had no intention of letting him off the hook. No matter what, she was getting her money back from

him.

The woman beside Trevor frowned and sized Luna up. Who is she? Why is she saying that you owe her money?

Trevor quickly soothed the woman. She’s Luna Hayes, a junior of mine. Her family’s a bit poor, but we were in the same team and more attentive toward her.

Go ahead and pick some clothes. I’ll talk to her for a bit. Don’t worry. It’s fine.

The woman didn’t leave, though. Instead, she pushed past Trevor and looked at Luna. Oh, you’re the one who’s been leeching off the seniors, living off them like a parasite. You’re not even that pretty. How did you manage to get all five seniors wrapped around your finger?

Is it some special skill?

Talia rushed forward and slapped the woman across the face. Just shut up if you don’t know how to speak. Don’t wait for me to knock you unconscious.

The woman was stunned by the slap, her eyes blazing with anger. Trevor, are you really just going to stand there and watch them hit me?

Leeching off them and living off them like a parasite?Luna laughed and pointed at Trevor. Trevor, you probably haven’t seen a real parasite. They would suck you dry, and you wouldn’t be able to say a word after that!

She stepped forward. I still have the messages where you borrowed money from me, including every transaction record. Do you want me to pull it up and go through each one, or do you want to transfer 110,000 dollars to my account right now?

As of now, Trevor owed her 110,000 dollars, consisting of her scholarship from two semesters and the prize money of 50,000 dollars that she won in a competition last semester.

Since joining Wilson’s team, she had received a monthly salary of 1,500 dollars as an assistant. All of her scholarships and prize money had been saved and never spent.

Meanwhile, Trevor had been living it up with her money, drinking and partying with women, and still had the nerve to speak ill of her. He was worse than an animal.

Trevor paled before he flushed with embarrassment. He pushed the woman who had just been slapped away. You’re talking nonsense.
