Scanning the room, she continued, "In the past, only senior designers were eligible to participate in the Elite Award. However, Ms. Yates believes that every designer should have a fair shot. So, this year, even interns can enter—provided their work is exceptional."

The room buzzed with renewed excitement. Many couldn't contain their enthusiasm.

At Yates Corporation, senior designers were a rare breed—only two or three held that title. Most of the department consisted of interns or junior designers who had only recently secured full-time positions. The odds of getting noticed were slim at best.

But now, Tanya's announcement changed everything. This was an incredible opportunity.

Letting out a soft chuckle, she addressed the room, "Of course, as you all know, Yates Corporation only has two spots in the competition. So, it's up to you to prove yourselves."

Despite the calmness in her voice, the statement sent another wave of excitement through the room.

Seline's smile deepened. She clearly enjoyed the admiration.
