Her Second Marriage, Being Mr. Moore's New Wife novel Chapter 261

Zain was inscrutable, ordinary people could not guess through his ideas.

Even Megan could not understand his mind after being with him for such a long time, let alone Charlotte, who was just in contact with him.

They just thought differently.

Charlotte could not think deeply, she just felt with heart. Zain to her was like an elder brother.

She felt strange, after all... No man had ever made her feel that way.

She thought to herself that probably because he was Diana’s eldest brother.

Think of this, Charlotte felt at ease, and then softly answer the questions of Zain.

“My parents and a sister.”

And a sister? Zain pressed lips, “Have you lived together with them from childhood?”

Hearing this, Charlotte was stunned and then nodded, “Of course.”

Zain was lost in thought. Megan said so after investigation. She had been living with her parents since childhood, including when she was taken away by traffickers.

But......What went wrong?

If she was really the daughter of the Wilson family, how could she have that temperament? Why were they so much alike when they were quiet?

Could it be that there were two people looked much alike even if they were not blood related?

Zain fell silent, her eyes and eyes collected, obviously thinking about something important.

The car quieted down. Charlotte wearing that suit did not speak.

All the way they went over many neon lights, many high-rise buildings, and Charlotte came back to sense, the car had stopped not far from the Moore family.

“Ms. Wilson, I can only drop you here to avoid gossip.” Megan turned to her and smiled at her.

Charlotte looked out of the window and saw a familiar intersection. She looked at Megan gratefully. Before getting off the car, she took off the suit and gave it back to Zain, “Mr. Nelson, thank you. I gotta go, I will treat you to dinner someday.”

Hearing that, Zain nodded and said, “I am free in two days.”

Charlotte froze. After a moment she smiled, “OK, I'll contact you in a few days.”

After Charlotte left, Megan couldn't help saying, “Mr. Nelson, aren't you being too direct?”

Hearing that, Zain raised his eyebrows and took a glance at Megan, “I am not.”

Megan showed a smile awkwardly and shook her head, “No. You have your own thought. But, Mr. Nelson, there's one thing I don't understand.”

After saying that, Megan let the driver turn around.

Zain's calm eyes still fell on that slender figure far away. “Do you have a question on my attitude to her?”

Megan nodded.

“Yes, I've been worked you for many years, and this is the first time I've seen you treated a woman like this, but your eyes made me confused.”

“No need to be confused.” Zain said, “It has nothing to do with you.”

Now that he had said so, it would be not good of Megan to ask any further questions. Thinking of this, she smiled faintly and nodded, “Yes, you are right.”

Zain’s black eyes darkened. After a moment he seemed to think of something, put forward a request, “Check everything about the Wilson family.”

Hearing this, Megan was surprised. “You want information on the Wilson family?”

“Look into this first, and tell me everything you find. Don't miss a bit of it.”

“...Yes, I know!” Although Megan was shocked in her heart, she did not violate Zain's command, and could not question, so she could only nod.

When the driver turned around, Megan looked out of the window at the thin figure walking alone on the road in the distance. Her long hair was swaying with the cool wind, and her thin body was teetering. It seemed that she would be blown away directly by the wind in the next second.
