Chapter 36 Mr Kallum Please Behave Yourself

Kallum looked annoyed as he glared at Levi. “Go change places with Quintus he’s much more alert than you.”

Even though he didn’t get scolded, Levi felt upset in his heart, but he knelt down on one knee and acknowledged the instruction.

He had been by Kallum’s side for nearly seven years now! And now Kallum was casting him aside for a fiancee he didn’t even love! But of course he didn’t dare to say anything, and only obeyed all commands.

Calista thought this was ridiculous. She broke free from Kallum and coldly said, “We’re not fiancé and fiancée anymore, Mr. Kallum. please behave yourself!”

Calista’s merciless words froze Kallum’s expression.

When he saw others looking at them, he clenched his teeth and dragged Calista outside. “You heartless woman! I’m helping you here! If you weren’t my fiancée, tomorrow Jarrett would destroy your entire family!”

Calista laughed coldly. “Did I ask you for help? You’re just being nosy!”

Without him, she would have made it out alive anyway, just maybe not as easily.

But she still didn’t need his help!

But when he saw Calista walk away quickly and nearly disappeared into the night, Kallum cursed himself and went after her!

“What are you doing!” Calista suddenly shouted, because Kallum had suddenly put a hand around her waist and lifted her feet off the ground.

“What am I doing? I’m sending you back! Otherwise where do you think you’re going all by yourself this late at night?!”

He felt that he seemed a little too shameless by sticking to her like this, so he added on, “My mum would be

upset if anything happened to you, otherwise you think I’d bother about whether you’re dead or alive?”

Calista thought, indeed, he came for the sake of his mother.

She was glad she did not get the wrong idea.

If Kallum knew that Calista would believe anything he said, he would probably strangle her to death from

anger.

When she saw Kallum driving towards the Stafford residence, Calista couldn’t help but say, “Don’t go to the Stafford residence.”

Kallum raised an eyebrow. “If you don’t want to go the Stafford residence then where?”

Calista was slightly injured and didn’t want to go back. Anyway Yelena would find out she snuck out in the middle of the night by watching the CCTV. It was better that she just stayed the night in the rented apartment rather than for Yelena to find her injured. After the apartment was all ready for her to move in.

So Calista gave directions to her apartment and said with a straight face, “It’s so late, I don’t want my father. to worry. But since I don’t want to stay in the school hostel for the next semester, I’ve rented an apartment just outside the school. Go there.”

Kallum furrowed his brows. Calista wanted to stay elsewhere by herself?

When she saw that Kallum wasn’t listening to her, Calista asked coldly, “Where are you bringing me to?”

Kallum let out a humph and said, “Tonight you’re coming to my place, I don’t care what happens to you. tomorrow!”

Go to his house? Over her dead body!

Calista didn’t want any further unnecessary interaction with Kallum. She coldly shouted, “You don’t have to care what happens to me from now on, stop the car!”

Kallum ignored her and continued driving towards Havenrock Villa and had already locked the car doors.

There were very few cars on the road at this hour, so Calista suddenly took a needle and pointed it at his neck. “You know what I’m capable of. If you don’t want me to stab you with this needle, stop the car!”
