"By the way, not many people in the company know about your divorce, right?" Jane asked as she ate.
"Only Emily, Manager Lee, and you know," Abigail answered.
Emily was the former HR manager, so she knew it as soon as Abigail worked in the company. And then, Manager Lee got the news today. And now, she told Jane about it.
Of course, Liam was not counted on.
He was out of Abigail's list.
Hearing this, Jane nodded. "Fair."
It wasn't really a secret, but Abigail always kept a low profile.
After lunch, they went back to the office.
Jane was not a talkative person. Especially since Abigail believed her so much, she wouldn't gossip.
Manager Lee didn't say anything all afternoon.
After work, Abigail went straight home. She found nothing in the fridge, so she went to the nearby supermarket.
She bought her favorite snacks, some coffee, and red wine.
While she was shopping, she suddenly met someone.
It was none other than Manager Lee.
Abigail was still a little shocked. She didn't expect to meet him here.
But Manager Lee seemed happy.
"Miss Swift? What a coincidence!" Manager Lee looked at Abigail and laughed.
