His Destructive, Toxic Love novel Chapter 178

He raised his hand high, swinging it toward Eliza’s face, but the slap never landed on Eliza's delicate cheek. Instead, it turned into a fist that slammed into the car window.

His hand might have been wrecked if it weren't for the privacy film.

"Bang." The glass still cracked.

"Ah..." Eliza clutched her head in fear. She didn't want to provoke him.

Anyone with half a brain would know that she couldn't have done anything in those ten minutes she was inside Zach’s studio, but he insisted on assuming the worst.

"Explain yourself," he demanded, his voice hoarse with a hint of madness. "Speak."

Eliza chose silence. She had nothing to say.

He gripped the back of her head, his breath uneven on the tip of her nose. "Is it hard to explain? Are you planning to work with Zach and plot against me? Will you help him become the successor of Welton International? What did he promise you, huh?"

"Nothing."

"I want the truth." His large hand tightened on the back of her neck, causing her pain and making her brows knit together. "Casper, the 'truth' you want is just what you've concocted in your mind, none of which is the truth."

"Then what is the truth?"

Eliza couldn't possibly tell him the truth. "It's irrelevant to you."

"It seems like Mrs. Welton isn't interested in sharing her heart with her husband anymore. Maybe she'd prefer to share her body instead."

He forced her down beneath him, pressing his lips to hers. She didn't resist, letting him have his way.

His kiss was domineering and fierce, demanding a response as his hands gripped her slender waist tightly. She was breathless from his kisses.

The car was so cramped it made her feel uncomfortable having sex there.

The vehicle shook violently with his movements, a spectacle that, in broad daylight, was hard for anyone passing by not to let their imagination run wild.

Dillon and the driver didn’t dare interrupt. They could only smoke one cigarette after another to pass the tedious time.
