His Destructive, Toxic Love novel Chapter 274

She dove into the sea, swimming desperately towards the site of the accident. From a distance, she saw Aaron's head pop up from the water.

"Aaron..." she called out, swimming over to him. But when she got closer, she realized his arms were empty. "Where's Brock? Where's my son?"

Her eyes filled with panic as she demanded an answer. Aaron shook his head apologetically. "I went to get him some juice, and the yacht flipped. I couldn't find him. Don't worry, I'll keep looking."

Her son couldn't swim. Falling into the sea meant he would drown. And none of them knew how to dive...

Suddenly, an idea struck her. She frantically swam towards the shore, her body soaked with seawater and rain, weighing her down and sending chills through her. Her lips trembled from the cold. She spotted Casper about to board his yacht and grabbed his arm desperately.

"Casper, please... save my son!"

She knew Casper was a skilled diver. But she also knew it was unlikely he'd help. Yet, she had no one else to turn to. She looked into his cold, indifferent eyes, and slowly knelt down in the rain.

"Please, Casper, save my son. I'm begging you."

She stayed there, drenched and shivering, humbling herself before Casper, who was still holding an umbrella, hoping against hope he'd help.

"That's not how you ask for help." He squatted down, lifting her chin with his hand. "Do you think kneeling and begging will make me risk my life for a stranger?"
