"Look at them, young and gorgeous, offering everything you could ever want, skilled in every way to please a man," Minna bragged confidently. "If you're willing to partner with me, you can have as many of these women as you'd like."
These women were pros, knowing just how to wrap a man around their finger. Even the toughest guys couldn't resist their charm. What man doesn't like young, beautiful women? She was sure Casper was no different.
Casper barely glanced at the scantily clad women before him and chuckled, "Ms. Minna, you overestimate me. I'm not as young as I used to be, and bedroom escapades aren't really my thing anymore. My wife is more than enough for me."
Minna was momentarily stunned. History showed that no man could resist a beautiful woman, unless there weren't enough of them or they weren't appealing enough.
"Mr. Casper, your wife's not here right now, so there's no need to rush into being loyal. A man's needs are pretty simple – money and women. I can give you both, so why the quick refusal?"
"If I were going to consider it, I'd have done it by now, Ms. Minna. Don't waste your time on me."
Casper sat back, crossing his fingers and legs, his eyes hidden behind dark sunglasses, making his expression unreadable.
Minna was irritated. Ever since she had him stuck in her mansion, she'd tried to talk him into cooperating. But Casper was like a brick wall. It was getting under her skin, making her want to strangle him.
"Aren't you worried about offending me and never getting out of Country H?"
"Thinking of killing me?" Casper wasn't fazed. He had spent these days analyzing both himself and Minna, "If you wanted me dead, you'd have done it already, not wait till now."
"Alright, let's try another angle," Minna decided it was time to shift tactics. "I've heard you have a 3100-carat colored diamond of exceptional clarity. If you're willing to part with it, I might think about letting you go."
