A few days later, a series of unexpected posts shook the Black Stars.
First, it was posted on all of their Boss Iris’ social media accounts.
It was an image of a poster showing Enrique Valdez holding an electric guitar while standing on top of a fluffy white cloud with golden specks of sunlight streaming through. At the end of the electric guitar was a fishing line hooking a diamond-encrusted microphone below.
Below the cloud, on a mountain summit, stood Iris Long reaching for the diamond-encrusted mic.
And the English words "I, The Dreamer" were bolded on top of the poster.
Accompanying the image were the following words:
"My single, ’I, The Dreamer’, will be available tomorrow. Enrique Valdez and I will be waiting for you all!"
After Iris Long posted this, LXC Studio immediately shared it, followed by Enrique Valdez, JJ and his record label.
Of course, the official Black Stars fan club wouldn’t be left behind. All the Black Stars couldn’t contain their excitement while at the same time feeling baffled as to why the release seemed to appear from out of nowhere.
Soon after the official Black Stars fan club shared the post, Jin Corporation also shared it. Orchidia, Gold Heights, Planet Monkey, and Liberté all followed suit.
In a surprising turn of events, even the official account of Long Industries also shared the post.
Then a series of other well-known companies began sharing the post using their official account. Among these companies was the new investment company, Phantom Dragon Funds. Nobody connected it directly to Iris Long because other companies shared the post first.
Following LXC Studio, its other signed artists also helped promote Iris Long’s new single on their own accord.
First was the rock band, Pandemonium. Their official band account shared the post at the same time that each of the members shared it. Blaze, Eros, Night, and Thunder all wrote words of support and encouragement for their senior, Iris Long.
Next to post was the national shooting athlete, Ren Jiyu, and his other teammates who also signed under LXC Studio. As Black Stars, they joined the other fans in expressing their support for their Boss Iris.
The international award-winning best actress, Yin Meixing, followed suit. Although she was the newest signed artist of LXC Studio, her sense of belonging in the company was already extremely strong. Even without her manager, Tang Yiyi, prompting her, she already shared Iris Long’s post.
Other acquaintances of Iris Long in showbiz also expressed their goodwill to her and shared the sudden release announcement of her new single.
At LXC Studio, Iris managed to enter the company without detection thanks to the company’s newly built underground parking system nearby. It had only been connected to the company building last week.
Iris headed to her own office to meet up with her manager, Tang Yiyi.
Waiting for her was unexpectedly her brother-in-law, Jin Chonglin.
