Eleanor’s eyes flashed with a touch of regret, but she also knew that feelings could not be forced.
After Aria and Eleanor had walked away, Selena emerged from behind the wall.
She looked in astonishment in the direction where the two of them had left.
Bond dissolution?
She didn’t hear it wrong, that lapdog Aria actually wants to end the mating bond with her brother?
No wonder she had been sarcastic to Aria recently, and Aria had been indifferent.
No, she had to go and ask clearly!
Selena returned to the living room, after asking the maid, she hurriedly went to the stadium to find Kane,
Kane changed into a casual outfit and played golf on the green.
He predicted every green route and obstacle near the fairway, controlled the strength, and hit the ball accurately.
Two holes in one.
The servant on the side handed him a bottle of moon–blessed water, which he took and opened.
“Cousin!”
Selena ran straight towards him.
He drank the water and handed the water bottle back to the servant, “What’s wrong?”
“Aria wanted to end the mating bond with you, right?”
The servant on the side took a deep breath of cold air, and at this moment no one dared to make a sound, pretending not to hear anything even if they
did.
Kane’s attention was still on the ball, “What nonsense are you talking about.”
“I heard her conversation with grandmother!” Selena persisted, blocking him. “Cousin, she actually had the nerve to ask for a bond dissolution with you! If anyone should be the one to initiate the ending, it should be you! Who does she think she is! A bootlicker too-”
“Selena,” Kane’s gaze, which was originally on the ball, shifted to her, and a hint of anger seeped through his previously cold eyes, “Your father sent you abroad to study, have you forgotten the basic respect?”
Selena stood still, and in a flash, tears welled up in her eyes, “Cousin, when I used to talk about her before, you didn’t say this to me…”
