Seraphina clutched her clothes tightly, afraid that Rowan would come out of the room at that moment.
“Ms. Cross, what are you doing here?”
“1…”
Seraphina made up an excuse in panic. “I wasn’t feeling well at home, so I came out to relax, didn’t expect to have low blood sugar.”
The bodyguard stepped forward and helped her up, looking at the door number behind her. “Do you live in this room?”
The bodyguard tried to push the door, but she stopped him. “No need to bother, I’m much better now. So, how come you guys are here?”
The two bodyguards glanced at each other, seeming hesitant to speak.
Seraphina didn’t ask much. “By the way, how’s Kane doing?”
“Alpha Ravencrest was fine,” the bodyguard said, looking around. “Since you’re okay, we’ll be leaving now.”
Seraphina couldn’t wait for them to leave.
After the bodyguard left, Seraphina almost collapsed to the ground.
Rowan casually walked out of the room, and she just realized that he pushed her out on purpose.
“This is a warning for you,” Rowan glanced at her and left.
Seraphina leaned against the wall, clenched her teeth, couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her.
She used to have Kane falling for her alone, and later on, she could make that guy spend a fortune just to support her alone. She never failed to get what she wanted from men, and she never miscalculated what she desired.
She thought she could still easily fool around men like before after she returned home, but Aria’s presence ruined everything she had planned.
Kane started looking out for Aria.
Even Rowan, who only used Aria, also cared about her.
This feeling really sucks.

Chapter 388
The bodyguard lost Rowan and had to return to the hospital empty–handed.
Kane sat at the head of the bed flipping through documents, Celia waited nearby, seeing him silent, she looked at the bodyguard who was reporting. “Isn’t there surveillance? Don’t you know who he met at the hotel?”
The bodyguard looked helpless. “The hotel management said we have no authority to access the surveillance footage.”
“What hotel?”
“Blossom Hotel.”
Celia suddenly realized and looked at Kane. “Alpha Ravencrest, this hotel was bought by the Sterling Pack two years ago, no wonder they were so firm.”
After Kane signed the document, he left it on the desk. “So you guys followed him for half a day and still don’t know who he met?”
“We were afraid of alerting the snake, so we didn’t follow too closely,” the bodyguard suddenly remembered. “But we did run into Ms. Cross when we went to the hotel.”
He lifted his eyelids. “Seraphina?”
The bodyguard nodded. “Ms. Cross said she wasn’t feeling well at home, so she came to stay at the hotel. When we saw her, she was lying on the ground, saying she had low blood sugar.”
