I got married without you (James and Amelia) novel Chapter 49

Seeing that Amelia had locked the box, Eva hurried forward to stop her, but she was pushed away by her.
Eva sighed helplessly. “Amelia, why are you so stubborn?”
After locking the box, Amelia turned around and hugged Eva’s arm, acting like a spoiled child.
“You have cared for me since I was young, but I have not done anything for you. Just think of it as a gift from your little sister.”
Eva still didn’t agree. Amelia’s life was already difficult enough. How could she accept her money?
However, Amelia insisted on giving it to her, so Eva had to take the bank card first.
She planned to put the bank card back in Amelia’s room when she married.
She couldn’t take the money Amelia had worked so hard to earn.
After packing some stuff, they lay in a room on a bed.
Just like when they were young, applying face masks and dreaming about the future.
Eva talked to Amelia about marriage and said that breaking up
with James was good for her because a man of his status would never marry an ordinary person. She advised Amelia to find an elite w hite-colla r worker whose status matched hers and who earned a good income so that she wouldn’t have to worry about money in the future, which would be just perfect.
She also mentioned that this small two-bedroom apartment was their pre-marital property. If one didn’t live well in the future, they could move back in.
This house was their backing and place to shelter from the wind and rain. With this pre-marriage property, they didn’t have to be afraid of anything.
Amelia agreed one by one. She didn’t dare to let Eva notice anything unusual.
She held Eva’s arm and felt very happy.
With an elder sister who loved her so much, even if god wanted to take her life in advance, she would not have any regrets.
She slept peacefully with Eva in her arms, just like when she was a child.
This was the most peaceful night Amelia had slept in the past few days, but time passed quickly. In the blink of an eye, it was the day of Eva’s wedding.
