I got married without you (James and Amelia) novel Chapter 734

Chapter 734 Ms. Garcia, You’re Infertile

Having been taken care of by James for more than half a month,

Amelia had just recovered the color of her face; however, upon hearing this question, the color on her face instantly faded, and she could be paler.

She trembled and uncontrollably took a step back. Her pale fingers unconsciously touched her abdomen.

Nothing was happening to her, even though she had the intimate moments with James every day for half a month. Had she really lost her fertility?

When she turned pale, Dominic reminded her indifferently, “Ms. Garcia, as the head of the Evans Group, he needs descendants to take over the group. How dare you marry him without the ability to bear children.”

How can the head of the Evans Group marry a barren woman who had a poor family background and low education? Wouldn’t that be a cause for ridicule by outsiders?

He would never allow this to happen!

After finishing his words, Dominic took out a pre-written check

arcia, You’re Infertile from his suit pocket and handed it to Amelia.

“He offered the entire Evans Group as bride price to marry you. I won’t take back what he has given. Also, I’m giving you a check, you can fill in whatever amount you want, the only requirement is that you leave him.”

Dominic had patiently said so much to her, just to force her to leave.

Now that he had seized upon her weakness with just a few

words, he felt that the matter had been settled and ended the conversation by giving her a check. In his mind, she was unable to argue with him and was left with no choice but to accept his

terms.

Amelia, however, took the check and tore it into two before handing it back to him, “Mr. Evans, if you use a check to drive me away, not only will you hurt James’ feelings, but you will also make me look down on the former head of the Evans Group.”

After she finished speaking calmly, her gloomy expression gradually returned to normal, “As for what you said about my background, education, and fertility, I once rejected him because of these reasons as well. But he said he didn’t mind, and didn’t want children, he just wanted me to be by his side.”

Dominic was a smart person and naturally understood the implied meaning behind her words, which was that, James loved her very much and could not live without her.

Put aside the issues of her background, education, and fertility,

he knew clearly the fact that James loved her so much that he was willing to die for her. But for this reason alone, he could not

consent to the marriage even more.

The Evans family had a lot of blood feuds, ranging from the Simpson family in the Imperial Capital to the Brook family and the

Clark family in Europe.

These families would love nothing more than to see the demise of James Evans. If they found out that this woman could make James give up everything and use her as a bargaining chip for the future, then the Evans family would be finished!

This was also why from a young age, Dominic taught James not to fall in love. As the inheritor of a large family, eliminating emotions would remove any weaknesses. Without weaknesses, the Evans family would always stand strong and unshakable.

James’ father did not listen to his advice and ended up with a tragic end. He did not want his carefully cultivated grandson to follow his father’s path.

Upon thinking of this, a flicker of murderous intent passed through Dominic’s eyes. When he spoke again, his voice was chilling, “I’m not here to discuss with you, but to inform you. If you’re willing to obey, I’ll send you to study abroad. If you’re unwilling to do so, then I can only make you disappear.”

Amelia was surprised that James’ grandfather would harbor

such murderous intent towards her, and felt panicked, but she

remained unafraid outwardly and confronted him, “I’m sorry, Mr.

Evans, but I won’t take orders from you.”
