I got married without you (James and Amelia) novel Chapter 874

Chapter 874 You Better Give Me a Reason

Having just concluded a battle and desiring to continue, the man’s countenance darkened abruptly upon hearing the

incessant and vexatious voice.

“Looking for death!”

He lifted Amelia’s chin and kissed her lips, which were swollen from his kisses. “Wait for me, I’ll go deal with him first!”

Amelia was too tired to speak so she just waved her hand, letting him go and argue with the person outside for a while so she could

catch her breath.

After James covered her with a blanket and changed into a suit from the closet, he grabbed a gun and went to open the door.

Outside the door, a man in a handmade suit was holding a transparent umbrella and standing on the steps. When he saw James come out with a gun, his face turned even darker.

“Mr. Shawn, you made me wait for over two hours and you still have the nerve to come out with a gun to see me?”

James saw that it was Holden and slowly lowered his hand holding the gun, his handsome face showing a hint of caution.

Chapter 874 You Better Give Me a Reason 2/2 “How did you know I was here?”

He had just arrived at the bridal chamber when S’s people came to the door. Was Master Davies monitoring him in real time?

“It has nothing to do with my foster father. I saw you coming out of the Civil Affairs Bureau and followed you here.”

Holden seemed to know what James was thinking and put away his umbrella, walking up the steps to him.

He wasn’t as good-looking as James, but he had a towering figure and deeper facial features, giving off a feeling of Greek sculpture,

His eyes were inscrutable as he looked at the rows of castles, with a hint of coldness in his eyes.

“Mr. Shawn, won’t you invite me in for a sit?”

James tightened his grip on the gun and gave him a cold glance.

“You better have a reason for coming here.”
