Lauren was stunned, but still nodded and said, "Okay, then I'll leave you to chat with Harper."

Benjamin didn't respond.

Lauren pursed her lips lightly and was about to leave. But just as she took one step, she suddenly slipped and fell directly into Benjamin's arms.

His deep voice had a commanding tone. Lauren frowned and left unwillingly. She was the happiest one when Harper filed for divorce.

She looked at Benjamin and whispered, "Benjamin..."

Harper stared at her coldly and warned, "You are nosy. Don't you know that you are very annoying?"

Lauren covered her face and stared at Harper in disbelief.

She sobbed. "Harper, how can you hit me? I'm just telling the truth. If you don't like to hear it, you can tell me. How can you do this?"

Harper sneered and didn't bother to look at Lauren again, and then she stared at Benjamin.

He stood there with a cold face but didn't speak.

Lauren said in a low voice, "Benjamin, Harper hit me. If you think she is right, then I'd better leave Mayby. I'll go far away and I won't bother you again in this life."
