Benjamin was very good at chatting, and his few words could make Eleanor smile. The atmosphere in the ward was particularly good.

Benjamin, "You should be mentally prepared for the next two days. Dr. Gene is back, and you will have the surgery within these few days."

"Okay, thank you. Dr. Gene also came over and told me yesterday."

Eleanor smiled, her eyes filled with relief, knowing that all this was because of Harper.

Eleanor pondered for a moment and finally said to Benjamin in a low voice, "Surgery is risky. I don't know if I can get off the operating table alive? Benjamin, if something happens to me, you must tell Harper not to be sad or feel guilty. She has already done all she could."

"Grandma, Harper doesn't want to hear you say these words, so don't say them anymore, okay?"

Benjamin interrupted Eleanor with a slight seriousness. Eleanor just smiled, but there were tears in her eyes. After all, she was old and still somewhat insecure. But in order to live a few more years, she wanted to give it a shot.

Benjamin had dinner with Eleanor before leaving. He promised Eleanor that Harper would visit her tomorrow. Eleanor nodded and agreed.

After coming out of the ward, Benjamin went directly to Yinson's office. When Yinson saw Benjamin in the hospital, Yinson asked in surprise, "Did you come to see Lauren?"

"Are you gossiping too?"

Benjamin smiled warmly, his handsome face without much emotion.

Yinson smiled and said, "The hospital is in an uproar, and it's hard to figure out which Ms. Davis lives here."

Benjamin walked to the sofa and sat down. Yinson handed him a cup of coffee, and then he asked, "Can you tell me the truth. How confident are you about Eleanor's surgery?"

He hoped everything would turn out well. He didn't want Harper to be sad and Eleanor's surgery would be successful.
