"Yes."
"Then let's go to Eastway Village quickly. Otherwise, something terrible will happen," Eudora said to Rosetta.
The two walked out of the yard. Stepping on the muddy road, they had no time to care about the instantly soaked shoes but sped up towards Edwin Village.
"Rosetta, Rosetta? Rosetta Burke, stop!"
They had just walked not far when a voice sounded behind them.
When they heard the sound and looked back, they saw Laville walking towards them wearing a raincoat. He pointed at Rosetta and snapped, "It's pouring. Where are you going?"
"Dad, Mr. Davis asked Eudora and me to inform the villagers of Edwin Village to evacuate. Do you want to go with us?"
It was raining buckets, raindrops hitting the umbrella. It was noisy, and they had to shout to hear others.
"I knew you were going to Edwin Village. It's too dangerous. Come back with me!"
Laville grabbed Rosetta's arm and said, "Let her go alone. You come back with me!"
"Dad, let me go. I want to go there with Eudora. Otherwise, she would be in danger!"
