They had all seen Alva before and had to admit that she did have the gentleness and generosity of a lady. She was gentle and demure; her delicacy and noble temperament matched her identity perfectly.
However, this woman's clothing was relatively simple. Although she looked almost identical to Alva, she seemed a bit more aloof and was somehow more adorable.
"I'm asking you a question. Who are you? How did you get in without permission?"
Eudora looked around while asking, but she didn't see where Colbert was.
Colton crossed his arms before his chest and pointed to the door with a smirk. "Through the door over there."
"Nonsense! You can't just show up out of nowhere, can you?" Eudora rolled her eyes at Colton. "Who are you looking for?"
"Hey, hey. That's a bit harsh. We are Colbert's good friends, the best of the best. How could you treat us so rudely?"
Colton became even more curious about Eudora and couldn't help teasing her.
"Wow. Seriously? Then how would you like me to treat you, Your Majesty? Shall I serve you food and wash your clothes like a maid?"
What a lunatic!
No wonder such a man could become Colbert's best friend!
It seemed that Colbert's friend was as lofty and aloof as him! They both seemed to wish that everyone in the world could focus on how to please them.
Eudora believed that there must be something wrong with their mind.
Her words made Colton speechless.
He was very annoyed and didn't know how to vent his anger, for he had never been disrespected by a woman.
Colton felt that he had been humiliated.
And the one who humiliated him was even a woman!
"I'll count to three. If you still refuse to apologize, I'm sure you'll be sorry," said Colton sharply.
