Colbert strode upstairs and walked to Alva's room. A group of Alva's classmates were at the door. Seeing Colbert, they screamed and exclaimed.
"Oh my, Mr. Steele looks so great."
"He didn't dress up but is handsome."
"As my prince charming, he is a hundred times more handsome than on TV. Alva is so lucky, and I am envious of her."
"Look at his deep-set eyes. I love him so much."
"Well, he is someone we can't approach."
...
While talking, a group of people took pictures and recorded videos of Colbert with their mobile phones.
In a tube-top black dress, Jayleen was like a proud black swan. She showed up in a high-profile manner to steal everyone's limelight.
Jayleen walked up to Colbert and sneered. "Congratulations, Mr. Steele."
The Steele and Farrell families had a good relationship, so Colbert was familiar with Jayleen but had no good feelings for her.
He glanced at Jayleen coldly and said, "Thank you."
With that, Colbert bypassed Jayleen and went into the bedroom.
Alva sat before the dressing table in the bedroom and quietly waited for Colbert.
Alva was relieved when a handsome man in a black suit with short hair appeared behind her.
