"However..."
Colbert paused, and a smirk appeared on his face. "You've lost our bet."
"I..."
Eudora curled her lips and glared at him, unwilling to admit defeat. "This isn't fair at all! It was clearly an unexpected situation. When I competed with Mr. Robert, the longest time I could hold my breath was five minutes and thirty-six seconds. Although I hold my breath in a swimming pool, I still pushed myself to my personal limit."
As she said, that time was indeed an accident.
Since Eudora was willing to go diving with Colbert, she must have absolute confidence.
After all, it was impossible for Eudora, who cherished her life, to treat her life as child's play.
"Since it's a bet, only the outcome matters."
He raised an eyebrow, a smug smile playing on his handsome face. Leaning over, with one hand on the edge of the bed and the other on her bedside, he spoke in a deep voice, "If you were on the battlefield, the enemy wouldn't care if you were sick when you went into battle."
Eudora felt that what Colbert said made a lot of sense.
"No. Let's compete again later." Eudora snorted proudly, unwilling to admit defeat.
