"Why are you staring at me?"
Eudora was not used to Colbert's burning eyes.
A smile was on his handsome face. Colbert looked forward. "Eudora, you are pretty."
Did he say she was pretty?
Eudora was holding the steering wheel. The corners of her mouth twitched wildly, and she couldn't help but glance at Colbert. "Can you be normal?"
It was sickening to death.
Was he still the arrogant and indifferent Colbert that she had first met?
He was quite different now.
"Eudora, do you think I'm abnormal?"
Colbert looked back and smiled wickedly.
She knew what he meant from his smile with just one glance.
Eudora looked ahead and drove cautiously. "Mom and Dad are still at home waiting for us to have lunch."
"Okay, don't let Mom and Dad wait a long time. We have ample time for that in the future..."
"Hey, they are my parents!" Eudora corrected.
"Eudora, they are our parents."
"We haven't married yet, so don't talk nonsense."
"It's just a matter of time."
Colbert smiled faintly, with lingering joy between his brows.
Eudora said nothing.
She was speechless.
There was nothing wrong with his words.
The two bought medicine in the town and then went back.
On the way back, Eudora gave Colbert the ointment. "Apply it to the blisters on your hands."
"No need."
He only had a few blisters. Did he need to apply medicine to them?
He was not that weak.
"Colbert, is there something seriously wrong with your brain? If you don't want to apply medicine, why did you come to the town to buy medicine with me?"
"I just want to be alone with you for a while without being disturbed."
Colbert spoke these words from the bottom of his heart.
A couple who had just confirmed their relationship only wanted to be alone.
Even sitting and chatting together was enjoyable.
